1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jalibdt website located at jalibdt.net, registering a player account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any service provided by jalibdt, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players on the jalibdt platform.

If you are accessing jalibdt on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. Where these Terms & Conditions conflict with any promotional materials, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

jalibdt operates this platform in English for players located in Bangladesh. All communications, support services, and account correspondence will be conducted in English. Players who cannot read or comprehend English are advised to seek translation assistance before registering.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on jalibdt, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older. Registration by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or placing bets on jalibdt.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jalibdt employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest with fair play.

jalibdt enforces strict age verification protocols. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation confirming that you are aged 18 or above. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary form of photo identification.

If jalibdt determines at any point that a player is underage, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all bonuses will be forfeited, and any deposits made by the underage player will be returned to the payment source used at the time of deposit, subject to verification and applicable processing times.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the jalibdt platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a direct breach of these Terms & Conditions. jalibdt employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number. You must not use fictitious details, another person's identity, or any information intended to mislead jalibdt.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jalibdt login credentials, including your username and password. jalibdt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your registered mobile number. You must notify jalibdt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

jalibdt will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jalibdt is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent, and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity and address documentation at any stage of their account lifecycle — not only at the point of first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure at jalibdt's discretion.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jalibdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits to your jalibdt account must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a potential breach of these terms. Deposits made from third-party sources may be frozen pending investigation and ultimately returned to the original sender.

Deposits are credited to your jalibdt account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jalibdt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network outages.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Before any withdrawal is approved, jalibdt may require completion of KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.

jalibdt reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests. During such checks, the relevant funds will be held in a pending state. Players will be notified via their registered email address if additional documentation is required.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on jalibdt are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. jalibdt does not accept or pay out in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency at this time.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on jalibdt's sportsbook and all casino game rounds are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market, sport, or game title. General rules governing the settlement of bets and the outcome of casino games are published in the respective Help or Rules sections of the platform.

• Sportsbook Bets: All cricket bets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers match markets, are settled in accordance with official match results as reported by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned or declared void, jalibdt's settlement rules for the affected market will apply.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted and settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is confirmed by the jalibdt system. jalibdt is not responsible for delays in odds updates caused by network latency on the player's side.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on jalibdt are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The results of all game rounds are final once the game engine has confirmed the outcome.
• Crash Games & Color Prediction: Games such as Crash Goal and Color Prediction are governed by their own specific ruleset and RNG mechanics. Players should review the in-game rules before participating.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, jalibdt reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the players concerned. No compensation will be payable for losses resulting from a verified system error.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jalibdt periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to a player's account in BDT and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates are published on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the completion of wagering requirements.
• jalibdt reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring the terms of bonuses already claimed by players in good standing.
• Players who use multiple accounts, VPNs, or other methods to claim the same promotion more than once will have all bonus funds removed and may face permanent account suspension.
• Irregular or low-risk betting patterns designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk (commonly known as "bonus abuse") are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7. Responsible Gaming

jalibdt is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players on the platform. 8. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any legal action that jalibdt may choose to pursue:

• Registering more than one account on the jalibdt platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the jalibdt platform without prior written approval.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the jalibdt system to gain an unfair advantage, whether in the sportsbook or in any casino game.
• Colluding with other players in casino poker or any other game where collusion could influence the outcome.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through deposits, bets, and withdrawals on the jalibdt platform.
• Accessing jalibdt using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jalibdt staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

jalibdt cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to any investigation into fraudulent or criminal activity connected to the platform.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

jalibdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Discovery that the registered player is under 18 years of age.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player with their payment provider.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including requests made under jalibdt's self-exclusion programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jalibdt platform — including but not limited to the jalibdt logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jalibdt or its licensed content providers. No part of the jalibdt platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jalibdt.

Third-party game content (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. jalibdt licenses this content for display on the platform and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

The brand names and logos of payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are the property of their respective owners and are used on the jalibdt platform solely to indicate supported payment methods.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jalibdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jalibdt platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected profits due to technical failures, system downtime, or network interruptions.
• Errors in odds pricing or game outcomes caused by third-party data feed providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of problem gambling where the player has not engaged with the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

jalibdt's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to a maximum cap of ৳50,000.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jalibdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jalibdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jalibdt will notify registered players by publishing a notice on the jalibdt website and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the player's registered email address or mobile number. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is the responsibility of each player to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the jalibdt platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the jalibdt platform and contact support to request account closure.
